Experience & Education:
Chris is highly motivated and enthusiastic about his work. He likes solving financial puzzles and finding solutions to unique circumstances for our clients. At Plummer Daffin Financial, Chris combines his creativity and enthusiasm for working through complex financial issues with a personalized, client centered approach to provide the clarity and guidance our clients need. Chris enjoys getting to know our clients personally and understanding where they are now, and where they want to be in the future.
Chris graduated from Ball State in 1980 with a BS in Business Administration and was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. He began his career with Northwestern Mutual in 1987.
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Janice, and their two children. When not at work, Chris spends his time on the golf course. Chris also makes time to volunteer for Athletes in Action and Citizens for Community Values.
Experience & Education:
Mike is enthusiastic and passionate about helping clients create financial plans that will result in the future they envision. He has a genuine interest in using his experience and expertise to help others. Mike & Chris built the firm to offer their community innovative strategies for risk management, wealth accumulation & wealth preservation to their clients, and foster deeper relationships.
Mike graduated from The Ohio State University and is a big Buckeye’s fan. When not at work, Mike loves spending time with his wife, Megan and daughters, Lillian & Veronica. He enjoys cooking, golfing, and hitting the slopes in the winter.
Experience & Education:
Nick has a unique skillset, knowledge base, and perspective which allows him to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Nick is always willing to help clients and the rest of our team in a crunch and has a natural gift for analysis.
Nick graduated from Miami University in May 2012 with a BA in History and emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership. Nick was a college intern with Northwestern Mutual during his last year of college where he achieved the Power of 10 Internship Award.
In June 2012, Nick joined the Plummer Daffin Financial team. In addition to be a CFP® professional, Nick has the following professional credentials: Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Life and Health Insurance License, and Variable Insurance License.
Nick and his wife Caitlin currently reside in Maineville, OH with their dog Felix. Nick enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and is a big Cincinnati Bengals fan.
Experience & Education:
Liz is friendly, personable, and sincerely concerned about the well-being of others. Her own personal values drive her to provide an unsurpassed level of customer service to our clients. She is task-oriented and has a large capacity for understanding the intricacy of plans surrounding wealth management, insurance and investment planning. At Plummer, Bochnovich and Associates, Liz meets with new and existing clients to review and manage their plans before and throughout retirement.
Liz graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Liz has been working in the financial services industry since 2004 and joined our team in 2009. Liz has earned the following professional credentials: Series 7, Series 63, Life and Health Insurance License and CFP® certification.
When not at work, Liz enjoys reading and traveling around the country and internationally to experience new cultures, foods and events. Spending time with her family, especially her niece Madisyn, is one of her favorite past times.

Caitlin is task-oriented and has the flexibility to help assist our clients in numerous ways. You will hear from her when you apply for insurance, open an investment account, have a question on our client website and more.
Caitlin graduated from Miami University, Go Redhawks!, and has been with our team since 2014.
In her free time, she is at the local parks & Little Gym with her daughter Tori, or baking & cooking with her husband, Nick.
